Mobile Terms of Service
Last updated: January 21, 2026
1. Overview
The Let’s Talk About It! mobile messaging service (“the Service”) is operated by Let’s Talk About It! (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Service, you agree to these Mobile Terms. We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features at any time without notice. Where permitted by law, updates to these Mobile Terms will take effect immediately, and your continued use of the Service signifies acceptance of those changes.
2. Eligibility
The Service is intended for individuals 18 years of age or older. Minors may only participate with the permission of a parent or legal guardian.
3. Consent to Receive Messages
By opting in to our SMS/text messaging Service, you consent to receive recurring text messages from or on behalf of Let’s Talk About It! at the mobile number you provided. Messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. These may include devotionals, event reminders, cart notifications, promotions, and special offers—even if your number is listed on a federal or state Do Not Call registry.
Participation is voluntary. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
4. Message Frequency & Charges
We do not charge for the Service; however, message and data rates may apply depending on your wireless plan.
Message frequency may vary.
You are solely responsible for any charges imposed by your mobile carrier.
5. Opt‑Out Instructions
You may opt out at any time by texting STOP to +1 (855) 916‑1762 or by clicking the unsubscribe link (if available) in any message. After opting out, you will receive a one‑time confirmation text. No further messages will be sent unless you reinitiate contact.
If you are subscribed to multiple Let’s Talk About It! messaging programs, you must opt out of each one individually unless otherwise required by law.
6. Help & Support
For assistance, text HELP to +1 (855) 916‑1762 or email us at contactus@letstalkabtit.com.
7. Changes to Numbers or Short Codes
We may change the phone number or short code used to operate the Service at any time. Messages sent to an outdated number may not be received, and we are not responsible for honoring requests sent to inactive numbers.
8. Carrier Disclaimer
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your mobile carrier and network performance.
9. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide a valid mobile number and update your subscription if your number changes. Failure to do so may result in missed messages or inability to unsubscribe.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any message, for any errors in content, or for actions you take (or do not take) based on information provided through the Service.
11. Privacy
We respect your privacy. To learn how we collect, use, and protect your personal information, please review our Privacy Policy.
