DAY 4 — The Celebration Challenge

  • Mar 5
  • 2 min read
A girl stands on a path with a heart sweater. A hand holds a note saying "I'm proud of you." Text lists comparisons vs. affirmations.

Heart Check + My Path

This activity helps you practice what you learned about comparison, confidence, and celebration.

Heart Check

On a sheet of paper:

Draw a line down the middle.

Left Side write “What Comparison Says”

  • Write the thoughts or feelings that show up when someone else wins.

Right Side write “What God Says”

  • Write truths such as:

    • “No good thing will He withhold.”

    • “Love does not envy.”

    • “God is guiding me.”

    • “Their win is not my loss.”

My Path Is Mine

Flip the paper over.

Draw two paths:

Left Side write “Their Path”

  • Add words or symbols that represent their journey.

Right Side write “My Path"

  • Write one truth such as:

    • God is leading me.

    • God’s timing for me is perfect.

    • What God has for me cannot be taken by anyone else.

Celebrate Someone Card

On a small card or note:

  • Write a message celebrating someone’s recent win.

  • Add a blessing or encouraging word.

  • Give or send the card today.

Reflection

Answer these quietly:

  • What did God show me about my heart today?

  • Who can I celebrate this week?

  • What truth do I need to carry into my own journey?

Celebration Declaration

Say this out loud or quietly:

"I celebrate others because God is good. Their win is not my loss.

My path is guided, and my story is in God’s hands."

God, thank You for shaping my heart to celebrate others without comparison. Help me walk confidently in the path You designed for me. Teach me to cheer for others with love, trust, and joy. Amen.
